About the course

Course content

This course provides the students with a basic understanding of group structures, motivation and participation, with an emphasis on power, influence and decisions.

Learning outcome

This course offers an introduction to organizations and leadership, and provides the students with some practical experience in group dynamics, improving their skills of group cooperation.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures 3 hours per week, exercises 2 hours per week.
Form of assessment: Term paper
