About

About the course

Course content

The students will select a sociological theme or research question which they specify, discuss, and analyze in a research paper. In addition to the weekly seminar the students will be offered individual research paper supervision. The topic for the research paper as well as a list of self-selected readings has to be approved by the supervisor. The research paper should be about 15-20 pages long (5600-9300 words). The research paper can be a joint project between 2 or 3 students, but then it should be more extensive and it should be possible to distinguish between the different contributions.
