Course content

The module gives specialization within the field of Real Estate and Facility Management. Main topics are: Management and development of Real Estate, renovation and preservation of buildings, waste, energy and environment, Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Service Level Agreements, roles, organization and legislation.

Learning outcome

To convey in-depth knowledge, both theoretical and practical, in a confined field within refurbishment and renovation of buildings, Real Estate and Facility Management.

Learning methods and activities

The teaching may be given as lectures, seminars, excursions or construction site visits or supervised self study. Exercises may be included.
