About the course

Course content

The project topic may be of a reviewing or research type, or connected to a specific building or construction project in the design or construction phase. Project topics may be found within the front-end of projects and/or execution of projects. The project work may be conducted individually or through student groups, and shall result in a project report.

Learning outcome

The student shall specialise in a selected topic through scientific methods, e.g. collecting knowledge through literature study and information search, field studies at building or construction sites, and combine this with his/her knowledge. The student shall also learn how to perform an independent project work, and to write reports according to accepted standards.

Learning methods and activities

The project work is performed as an independent work under supervision.
