Course content
Main topics are: Strategic and tactical management. Risk management. Project evaluation. Concept development. Contractual aspects. Profitability analysis. Change management. Change handling. Project Success Factors.
Learning outcome
The course shall give knowledge about the activities in the front-end of projects, including use of methods for risk management, concept development, project evaluation, profitability analysis, change management and change handling.
Learning methods and activities
One written assignment. (Group work). Portfolio assessment is the basis for the grade in the course. The portfolio includes a final written exam (50%) and assignment/exercises (50%). The results for the parts are given in %-scores, while the entire portfolio is assigned a letter grade. Postponed/repeated exams may be oral.
