About the course

Course content

The subject cover all fields within environmental geology where the department posseses competence. Possible fields for studies and project may be: Groundwater problems, Spreading of pollution in soil and water, Use of unconsolidated soil, Waste disposal.

Learning outcome

The course will teach the students to work systematically and independently with a specified problem or topic by employing scientific methods. The students will learn how to document their work and express their results by writing a final project report.

Learning methods and activities

Supervised project work.
