About the course
Course content
This course gives an introduction to search and evaluation of technology based ideas suitable for commercialization. Further, the course gives a basic introduction to market research.
Learning outcome
Give the student the capability to evaluate the commercialzation potential i tenhnology based business ideas.
Learning methods and activities
Lectures and mandatory assignments. Portfolio assessment is the basis for the grade in the course. The portfolio includes a final written exam (60%) and exercises (40%). The results for the parts are given in %-scores, while the entire portfolio is assigned a letter grade. If there is a re-sit examination, the examination form may change from written to oral.

Recommended previous knowledge
The course is restricted to students at NTNU school of entrepreneurship (masterstudy in entrepreneurship) and collabrorating programs (MTIØT).
