About the course
Course content
The specialization project will address actual development challenges in companies. Choice of project will be mentored by the supervisor and has to be approved by the department.
Learning outcome
The student will learn to develop in depth insight into core issues of organization and work life, relate to an external organization/company in a professional way, search for relevant information for their scientific work and develop their own position within the theoretical fields.
Learning methods and activities
The project is a large written exercise. There will be regular supervision meetings, in addition to students independent work.
Required previous knowledge
Students that take this project course need at the same time to take TIØ4546 Organization and Work Life, Specialization Course. In addition they need to have the following courses in the fourth year: TIØ4265 Strategic Management and either TIØ4275 Management of Change or TIØ4280 Change and ICT in Complex Systems.
