About the course

Course content

The course will be a project within Process Systems Engineering. The project will be given within current research activity in the group or, in cooperation with faculty, in cooperation with exteral research insitutes or industry. The project work will include definition and limitation of the work to be performed, literature search in current literature, a time schedule for the project, experimental work and interpretation and reporting of results. Use of computer for modellling, simulation and optimization will be a part of prosjects.

Learning outcome

To give the students a specialization in selected topics in their major in addition to practice in oral and written presentation.

Individual laboratory or project-based work under supervision.
