About the course

Course content

The work assignment will be vithin the area of product development.

Learning outcome

The student should make an in-depth study of a specific topic within the area of product development, based on scientific working methods. In this connection complementary knowledge is to be gathered through literature studies, and other sources of knowledge, in combination with the candidate's own knowledge. An independent project work is to be done after having worked out a project plan with milestones. The student should report partial results during the work period and write a project report in accordance with an accepted standard.

Learning methods and activities

Independent project work with supervision. The guidance and advice are in English when students who do not speak Norwegian take the course.
