About the course
Course content
The course consists of two topics each 3,75 stp. Elective topics are:
Sustainable ship design and operation;
Decision support in marine safety;
Logistics of marine units and operations;
Fleet management and supply chains;
Underwater technology.
Learning outcome
The course shall give in-depth knowledge within marine systems design and logistics.
Learning methods and activities
The topics are teached by lectures, exercises and small project assignments.Postponed exam is held within the end of the exam period.
Recommended previous knowledge
All mandatory topics in 3rd and 4th year for the specialization "Marine Systems Design".
