About the course

Course content

The department offers specialization within 3 different core activities with close connection to ongoing research activities. The theoretical subjects which is a part of the spesialization is mentioned under, but other options are possible depending on the specific background of the given student. Each subject corresponds to 3.75 SP.
1. Metal production and recycling. Coordinator: Prof. Leiv Kolbeinsen.

Give specialization within a given part of the total range of subjects.

Learning methods and activities

The theoretical subjects will be organized as a combination of study groups, lectures and self-tuition. Re-scheduled exams will be held within the examination period. If there is a re-sit examination, the examination form may be changed from written to oral.
