About the course

Course content

Fundamentals of systemdesign (logistics / transportation systems, medical technology etc.) and inclusive design are presented. A complex system must be documented and problematisised
On this basis a single product consept or a sub system of a product is developed.

Learning outcome

Introduce general topics of systemdesign from a user prespective. Traain the ability to search for information and treat complex problems.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures, seminars, projectassignments, excursion and individual tutoring. Model building included when it is relevant to the project. Oral presentation, individual and teamwork. The course is given in English if necessary.

Admission to a programme of study is required:
Industriell design (MTDESIG)
