Course content
Analyis of active nonlinear microwave components and MMIC integration. Transistors (MESFET, HEMT, HBT), modelling of components, microwave power amplifiers (types, classes etc.), oscillators, mixers.
Learning outcome
The course provides insight into the nonlinear properties of important microwave system components and circuits.
