About the course

Course content

The student shall select two subjects each 3.75 stp or one subject that is 7.5 stp. Relevant subjects are:
- Applied estimation for navigation and tracking systems (7.5 stp).
- Mathematical modelling of physical systems (7.5 stp).
- Tensor based modelling of aircrafts and satellites(7.5 stp).
- Pattern recognition (7.5 stp).
- Imaging radar (7.5 stp).

Learning outcome

The subject shall give specialiazation in embedded systems and/or control theory. The field of application may be in a wide area like modelling, identification, estimation, control of objects in water, on land, in the air or space. The subject is given at UniK - Universitetsstudiene på Kjeller.

Learning methods and activities

The subjects are given as self-tuition and/or lectures with/without mandatory practice. Postponed exam is held within the end of the exam period.
