About the course

Course content

The student shall choose two elective themes of 3.75 SP each. Possible themes:
TTT01 3D-Sound and Sound in Multimedia applications.
TTT05 Digital Image Communication.
TTT09 Communication and Coding Theory for Wireless Channels.
TTT11 Music and Perception.
TTT16 Speech Technology, selected topics.
TTT17 Effects of Sound.

Learning outcome

Specialization knowledge in communication with sound, images and video including human-machine interaction through different communication channels.

Learning methods and activities

The elective themes can be taught through lectures, seminars and self studies. In case of continuation exams, these will be arranged before the end of the same exam period. If there is a re-sit examination, the examination form may be changed from written to oral.
