About the course
Course content
The Specialization project in the area of Water and Wastewater Engineering aimes at letting the student go in depth in one of the sub-areas of water and wastewater engineering including collection of additional knowledge through the litterature and other sources and combine this with own knowledge. The student shall also perform a project work, that can be an investigation, a pre-project analysis or an experimental investigation including writing a report from the project.
Learning outcome
The specialization project shall give in depth competence in one specialized area of the water and wastewater engineering field, including competence in planning, design, and operation of water and wastewater systems or water and wastewater treatment plants.
Learning methods and activities
Individual project work with supervision.

Courses at earlier stages in the study direction of Water and Wastewater Engineering within the Civil and Environmental Engineering study program, in particular the course TVM4125 Water and Wastewater Engineering, Basic Course.
