Course content

The course offers a specialization in basic grammatical subjects such as case, tense, mood, passive, word order. Sentence analysis.

Learning outcome

The goal of the grammatical instruction is to provide students with a better control of German grammar and an insight into the structures of the German language.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures. Review of pensum material with discussion and assignments. It is recommended that the students submit analysis exercises regularly.

Compulsory assignments

  • 1 written assignment (aprox. 5 pages)
