About the course

Course content

The course emphasizes advances in general and comparative neurobiology/ neuroethology, under here sensory physiology and neural systems underlying behavioural reactions. Through lectures and seminars the course will familiarise students with established knowledge and current development in selected areas in this field. The course goes every second year, next time 2010-2011.

Learning outcome

On completion of the course the students should be familiar with general and comparative neurobiology, and be able to show understanding of sensory physiology and neural systems underlying behavioural reactions. Students should also have knowledge of established knowledge and current development in the field.
