Torske Klubben Fellowships

- Special Fellowships for University of Minnesota Graduate Students

The University of Minnesota is pleased to announce the availability of Torske Klubben Fellowships. These awards provide for up to nine months of research or study in Norway for University of Minnesota Graduate Students.

The fellowships are supported by the generosity of the Torske Klubben, a Minneapolis luncheon club of men of Norwegian heritage devoted to promoting cultural and educational ties between Norway and the United States. The Torske Klubben also provides fellowships for Norwegian students to attend the University of Minnesota Graduate School.

Stipend:

Torske Klubben Fellowships provide a stipend of $13,000 for the academic year.

Who can apply:

Graduate students in any field who are official state-of-Minnesota residents may apply for awards. Preference is given to advanced graduate students.
