As a computer engineer, you will help shape the future.

Everything from the latest news on smart phones and smart watches to intelligent cars and online stores - there are computer engineers behind.

Computer engineers create software for all imaginable and unimaginable purposes and can work in all fields.

We place great emphasis on practical development of computer systems. During the study period in Trondheim, you will complete several projects where you, together with others, create fun and useful software. During your education, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with a wide range of small and big businesses about projects.


Admission

You have to meet the Norwegian language requirements, or have a Scandinavian language as your mother tongue, if you want to  apply to any of NTNU's degree programmes. You also must meet the basic requirement for admission, and demonstrate that you meet the English language requirements.

The application deadline for the programme is March 1st for students with an international degree, and April 15th for Norwegian and Nordic degree students. Students apply through Samordna Opptak.
