Graduates from the MPhil in Human Development often pursue careers in research, policy analysis, education and community work. The programme provides competence for investigatory and counselling work with a cultural perspective. The MPhil in Human Development is relevant for students from developing countries, who want to initiate and study changes back home, as well as Norwegian students who plan to work abroad. The programme also prepares candidates for theoretical and applied research.
