The MPhil in Development Studies, specialising in Urban Challenges in East Africa provides the students with an opportunity to work in jobs related to urban development issues, both in Norway and abroad. The programme is relevant for jobs within research, planning, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), resource management and teaching. In Norway this includes for instance NORAD, Norwegian NGOs and various Ministries (Foreign Affairs etc).
