Would you like to work with management and leadership within international technology companies? Then this is the perfect programme of study for you. 

Master in Global Manufacturing Management are expanding your engineering expertise with a combination of courses in strategy, industrial economics, production, logistics and technology management.

Global Manufacturing Management aims at giving you a theoretical foundation and analytical skills to effectively address the intensifying competitive challenges in the world market. You get an understanding of how strategic improvements can be made at the supply chain, enterprise and operations level.

You will also gain a broad and integrated set of capabilities, combining engineering and management competences with a global perspective.

Globalization has economic, technological, cultural and political aspects. Insight and understanding of these aspects are Important in order to lead projects and technology across national boundaries. Knowledge of strategic management is the key to successful global players; simultaneously the technology and engineering knowledge is fundamental to all technology leaders.

This programme of study provides an in-depth understanding of a company's strategic position and how to develop competitive advantage in the global market.

This master's degree programme extends over two academic years (4 semesters) and constitutes a course load of 120 ECTS credits.

It is possible to take one semester abroad during your studies.

Admission to this programme is open to students with a Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering.

In order to qualify for admission to one of NTNU's 2-year Master of Science programmes in Technology, you must have a minimum of 30 ECTS credits in mathematics and statistics in your Bachelor's/undergraduate degree, including at least one statistics course.

The application portal opens 1 November.

Tuition fees
There are no tuition fees for students from the EU/EEA + Switzerland. For non-European students, tuition fees are being charged according to category C. More information is available on our web page about the tuition fees.
