This study programme will better prepare you in the competition for jobs in an increasingly international labor market. With a masters degree in Light Metals Production you are qualified for a career in all kinds of process industry, in Norway and abroad.
Applicants for admission to the MSc program in Light Metals Production should hold a BSc degree or equivalent in materials science, metallurgy, chemical engineering or chemistry. Applicants who are not exempted from the English language requirement, must document that they have passed a recognized test in English; TOEFL with score 500 (170 comp.) or IELTS with score 5.0.
The program is suited for those:

- who require more education after the BSc
- who require professional upgrading after some years in industry
