Place: The lawn behind the Main Building
The matriculation ceremony is an enrolment ceremony for all new students at NTNU. The Ceremony consists of speeches and entertainment and is mandatory for all new students at NTNU.
11:50: Matriculation Ceremony part 2
Place: EL 6 Elektrobygget
This is the first meeting for all new students starting in a 2-year international master's programme at the Faculty of Information Technology, Mathematics and Electrical Engineering. Attendance is mandatory.

- 1 March for EU / EEA / Norwegian students
We admit up to 15 international students and 10 Norwegian students every year.
As a graduate student in this programme you will have a knowledge and skill set which is demanded worldwide by the telecommunication and software industry, network, service and content providers, consulting companies, research institutes and universities.
This is a two-year full-time programme. After the first year, you choose one of the following specialisations:
- Networks, services and applications
- Information security
