System development and integration

Development of NTNU-specific solutions and the necessary adaptations of the purchased systems.

Our project managers and developers have very good knowledge about the NTNU's portfolio of common applications, and these application's functionality, information content and technical architecture. We have expertise and tools to assist in the design of IT solutions in all phases. Establishment of an integration practice based on modern system integration platforms include both migration to a service-oriented architecture and management of traditional integration issues.

High end-user focus

In order to ensure that new solutions protects the user's actual needs, we want to have an active dialogue with users throughout the development process so that the need for necessary adaptations and changes are captured early as possible in the process.

In our development projects we use the EVO-methodology. The priorities are made based on various assessments; what gives best effect to the users, what is the units requesting, etc. We do quantitative and qualitative measurements as much as possible both before and after implementation.
