1. Most participants will be staying at Quality Hotel Augustin located at Kongens gate 26, 7011 Trondheim.
2. From the airport, you can take either Flybussen or Værnesekspressen both of which stop at Dronningens Gate D2. It is about 2 minutes walk from there to the hotel. Both bus services accept credit/debit card and cash. You can purchase a round-trip ticket, and keep the receipt.
3. The venue for the workshop/summer school is room C201 in the Varmeteknisk building. (Shown here as C200.)
4. The event venue is about 25-30 minutes walk from the Quality Hotel Augustin. It is well connected with the city bus service. You will be provided with a one-week bus pass in your folder to facilitate commute. The fastest route for commute is here (Google maps). 
5. Credit cards are accepted at most places. However, small eateries and shops only accept cards from Norway.  Therefore, it might be good to keep some cash (which can be withdrawn from an ATM after reaching).
6. For the reimbursement of your travel, please provide your flight/train invoice (bill), your boarding pass (to Trondheim) and other receipts along with the filled bank-form for their paperwork. You will find an envelope for this purpose in your folder that you will receive when you check-in at the hotel. Payment will be made directly to your bank account.
