About
I am a Material Scientist/Metallurgist presently working as a researcher in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at NTNU. My work here is based on designing recycled Al-alloy with optimum mechanical (fatigue) properties, which is the need of the hour for green transition and circular economy. My broad research interests include microstructure-property correlation in mechanical (fatigue) behavior of materials viz. austenitic and ferritic steels, Ni-based superalloys, Al-alloys, to secure long term reliability in engineering components, particularly from the viewpoint of life-extension.
