WORK AREAS:

  • Educational program for qualification to associate professor (førstelektor) in Gjøvik and Ålesund
  • Seminars and guidance within NTNU’s program for teaching and learning in higher education for academic staff
  • Seminars and guidance related to the Universal design of learning, teaching and assessment activities (UDL)
  • Guidance and competence development within higher education with emphasis on NTNU Ålesund



RESEARCH INTERESTS:

  • Organizational learning / competence development in knowledge organizations
  • The "second career path" - assistant and associate professor qualifications
  • Universal Design for Learning
