About

I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Computer Science, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway. I am affiliated with the Information Systems and Software Engineering (ISSE) research group where I am supervised by Babak A. Farshchian. My doctoral research focuses on the role of user participation and participatory design in large-scale information systems. My research interests include Computer Supported Cooperative Works (CSCW), Information Systems (IS), and Qualitative Research Methods.

Before joining NTNU, I worked as a Research Associate at the Lahore University of Management Sciences and Information Technology University Lahore for 3 years. I completed my Masters in Computer Science from Information Technology University, Lahore, Pakistan in 2017.

In PlatVel (Platforms for healthcare and welfare services in municipalities) we are interested in applying digital platform models to public services and enable innovation through service models based on the possibilities provided by digital platforms.
