PhD project (2015-2020): Block polysaccahrides 

The overall aim of the PhD project is to develop optimized coupling protocols for preparation of biomass-derived block polysaccharides based on different linker/oligosaccharide systems. The block polysaccharides will be studied with respect to self-assembling properties to form biomaterials (nanostructuring block polysaccharides) and bioactivity in biological response systems.
