About
I am a geophysicist and am interested in all kinds of electromagnetic (EM) - related geophysical techniques and applications. Geophysical EM techniques generally include controlled-source EM (CSEM), magnetotellurics (MT), transient EM (TEM) or time-domain EM methods and direct resistivity (DC) method (zero frequency). In all these methods, the main physical property of importance is electrical conductivity. My research interests in recent years focus on numerical algorithm (e.g., finite element, meshfree, finite difference), modelling and inversion, high-performance computation of EM data. A particular interest is to use unstructured meshes and/or discretizations in the modelling and interpretation of EM data due to their advantage to handle complex geometries.
I am open to collaboration in all aspects of geophysical research involving EM data. See my Google scholar page for some recent publications: https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=lA0r4YYAAAAJ
