Background and activities

Background

I am an associate Professor in Drama/Theatre in Education at the Department for Teacher Education (ILU) at NTNU. My main research area is related to how the performative and digital society can stimulate to renewal in terms of ways of teaching and learning in general and in a drama/theatre context in particular. I am responsible teacher for the practical-pedagogical training in drama and theatre for student teachers at the as well as for the Master's subject EDU3082 Dramaturgical Perspectives on Teaching and Learning. I am currently part of the research project Digitization of elementary school teacher education at the Department of Teacher Education NTNU (DigGiLU https://ntnudiggilu.wordpress.com.)

In addition, I am an editor in the journal Jased - Journal for Research in Arts and Sports Education (https://jased.net/index.php/jased/index) & DRAMA - Nordic Drama Educational Journal (https://www.idunn.no/drama).
