Background and activities
Master of science from the Department of Chemical Engineering at NTNU. The master thesis involved developing a self optimizing numerical resolution with respect to both element size and polynomial expansion (hp-adaptivity) to find the solution of a partial integro-differential equation (the population balance equation) with a spectral element numerical method.
Research interests include reactor modeling for multiphase systems, the population balance equation and the weighted residuals family of numerical methods (orthogonal collocation, least squares).
