Mats Flaaten
About
Mats Flaaten is a PhD student at the Department of Public Health and Nursing. In his PhD project, he investigates causal effects of physical activity on cardiovascular disease and mortality. In particular, he is involved in the use of accelerometer measured physical activity in HUNT4, and use of genetic variation in the population as instrument variables.
