Background and activities


Tamal has a strong background and interest in the area of Machine Learning and Big Data Analysis, evolutionary and nature/inspired algorithms, designing-planning-optimization of smart manufacturing facilities in Industry 4.0. He is an expert in building mathematical models to aid Decision-Support Systems, Multi-Criteria Decision-Making tools. He is also an expert of soft-computing algorithms and Artificial Intelligent techniques. He is an avid computer programmer. He has many good publications in reputed journals and conferences during the past 10 years.

Data analysis using the combination of machine learning and optimization and scientific problem-solving
