Background and activities

PhD in Science and Technology Studies, Institute of interdisciplinary studies of culture, NTNU and master degree in anthrolpology from the University of Amsterdam. Main research focus is on foodsystems and food culture and furthermore immigration and integration.

Projects: immigration and nutrition, livestyle and health; overeight and obesity among children in rural areas; ADHD and weight.
