Background and activities
Tuna Baydin holds a B.Sc. degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics and a M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology. Her industrial PhD project is a collaboration between NTNU and Vitux AS. She currently works with chewable biopolymer gels for the oral delivery of nutraceuticals.
