Yaqiong Xu, a PhD candidate working as a part of the project Acquisition of English in the multilingual classroom (AcEngMulCla) at NTNU. Serving for emergent multilinguals in societal and educational contexts, her research focuses on multilingual education and culturally responsive pedagogy. Her current PhD project engages with translanguaging, identity texts, and specializes in working with multiple identities by employing the paradigm of dominant language constellations (DLCs) to study multilingualism.
