Paper submission

Final submission of Papers

You will be notified as soon as the review has been completed. We ask you to submit the final paper after revising according to comments as soon as possible, and no later than 15th February 2018. When you submit final version, you need to upload the following documents:

  • Final version of the paper in Word/Latex format
  • Final version of the paper in pdf formats
  • Extended abstract in Word (for abstract ‘book’)
  • Copyright form (see Template)
  • Those that have been notified of need for major revision need to provide a description of what has been changed

Please note that the submission will not complete successfully until all relevant documents have been uploaded.

Please note the following important regarding publication of papers:

  • Presenting authors need to register for the conference by 10th March in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
  • Authors who have registered timely but who fail to present their papers at the conference, may be removed from the proceedings .
