(Heterogenous and Parallel Computing Lab)

 The HPC-Lab is directed by Professor  Anne C. Elster and consists of her graduate students and affiliate members. The lab is part of the Dept. of Computer Science (IDI) at NTNU in Trondheim, Norway.

Current Research Foci: 

  • Supercomputing incl. Cluster, GRID and Cloud computing
  • Parallel algorithms for novel heterogeneous architectures and accelerators including GPUs.
  • Auto-tuneable algorithms,  Parallel scientific software environments including machine learning based auto-tuning and load balancing.
