SIMS 2020

3rd International Symposium on Small-scale Intelligent Manufacturing Systems

10-12 June 2020

Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Gjøvik, Norway

Important notice:

Dear authors, the organizing committee has decided to give you an extended deadline for papers; March 31st.

Moreover, in the view of the current Covid -19 Corona virus pandemic, we have issued a backup plan in case it will not be possible to host the symposium as planned.

We will open up for registration on May 1st and make the decision at that time. If we consider it safe to go ahed, and travel bans and other restrictions are lifted, the symposium will be held as a physical, face-to-face event here in Gjøvik, Norway.

If the situation on May 1st does not allow for this, we will initiate a webinar backup plan, with a smaller fee. The fee will be 120€ for IEEE members and 150€ for non-IEEE members. If the symposium is held according to the original plan, the deadline for the pre-payment is extended to May 15th. The hotel could not guarantee the rooms given the current situation, so we suggest you book rooms as soon as possible.
