SIMS2020 Conference Information

Dear authors,

Due to the current COVID-19 virus pandemic and the governmental regulations, we have decided that the conference will be running online in a webinar style. Aligned with this, the participation fee will be 120€ for IEEE members and 150€ for non-IEEE members. We still expect that the conference will have same quality and networking possibilities, even though it is hosted virtual.

As stated in your acceptance letter please proceed as stated there:

Instructions for preparing the final manuscript:

1. Please use the following copyright information

978-1-7281-6419-9/20/$31.00 ©2020 IEEE

2. Process your PDF file with IEEE PDF eXpress, to ensure compatibility with IEEE Xplore®

http://www.pdf-express.org/ use the 49386X for the Conference ID

SIMS 2020 conference policy requires that at least one of the authors of your paper pay the Webinar Registration Fee to allow for inclusion of the paper in the program.

Note that for the manuscript to be included in the program and the proceedings of the conference and be sent to IEEE Xplore®, you must fulfill the following three conditions:

1. Upload of final version (with the above mentioned steps) before the deadline of May 15th, 2020.

2. Transfer of copyright to IEEE. This appears in the submission system after you have uploaded the final version.

3. Registration of one of the authors with Webinar Registration Fee and associating the paper at the time of registration. This needs to be done before May 15th, 2020.

The portal for registration and payment will open shortly, you will be notified with an email about this.

The conference program will be published June 1st, 2020.

The program will include a test date and time, where the authors could test the webinar setup, prior the conference time.

In case of any question please do not hesitate to take contact with us, with replying to this email.
