Training the mindSET
Training the MindSET

Objective
To develop a European core curriculum in transferable skills for doctoral candidates in Science, Engineering and Technology (SET) disciplines, together with training material for the different modules.
Priorities
The development of relevant and high-quality skills and competences as a horizontal priority and the development of a curriculum relevant to the labour market and societal needs, as a concrete application of this horizontal priority to the field of Higher Education, are clearly at the centre of the project “Training the mindSET”.
The main objective of this project is to develop a European core curriculum in transferable skills for doctoral candidates in Science, Engineering and Technology (SET) disciplines, together with training material for the different modules. A self-assessment tool for doctoral candidates, webinars to train trainers and the development of a coaching manual to assist doctoral candidates in actually putting the acquired skills into practice flank the developed training curriculum and make sure it can be successfully implemented.
