The English both is både or begge in Norwegian. Både requires og:
Både broren min og kona hans jobber i et IT-firma.
Both my brother and his wife work in an IT-company.
It is possible to coordinate more than two elements
in Norwegian: Både Ken, Anna, Maria og Peter studerer i Trondheim.
(Both) Ken, Anna, Maria and Peter (all) study in Trondheim.

Begge foreldrene mine er lærere.
Both my parents are teachers.
Note that begge can stand alone: Begge er lærere.
