About BIGEOMAT

About Geomatics

Geomatics Engineers measure, map and use advanced 3D-models to plan, supervise and visualize different building- and industrial processes. This job is important in large parts of the society. Construction and building, automotive-, ship- and air navigation and government departments are all dependent of the work of a geomatics engineer.

As a student on this programme of study you will learn to combine information technology with geographic data, GPS and land survey data.   

You can choose one of the following main profiles:

  • Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
  • Land Surveying
