IT-Operations and Information Security
Bachelor of IT-Operations and Information Security is a study programme combining traditional university computer science education with a focus on practical skills in IT-operations and information security. As an example, the students will learn computer networks and network security in the context of Cisco CCNA, CCNA security and CCNP educational programmes. Students will also acquire practical skills from a long line of lab exercises using infrastructures of Linux and Windows servers. Cloud computing is a key technology in the programme, and students will make use of the cyber range facilities in our own private cloud. All practical exercises are based on best practices in IT Service Management (ITIL) and information security management (ISO/IEC 27000-series).
