About the programme of study
Norwegian as a second language is a study option at bachelor's level. It is primarily aimed at teachers and others whose professional life involves working with immigrants and language minorities. The specialisation Norwegian as a second language deals with second language acquisition, bilingualism and teaching language minorites.
