This course will deal with critical challenges and debates within the field of archaeology. The exact content will vary according to the participants' own projects and interests.
The candidate has knowledge of important challenges and debates within the field of archaeology, particularly those with relevance to their own project.
Learning methods and activities
There are ordinarily no lectures/seminars in this course at NTNU. If the course is offered locally, you will find information on the web pages for the PhD-programme in Historical and Cultural Studies. The candidate is responsible for finding relevant teaching arrangements in consultation with the supervisor and the Director of the PhD programme.
Exam registration requires that class registration is approved in the same semester. Compulsory activities from previous semester may be approved by the department.
